1. Plan the day
Publish group lessons, private coaching and assessments. Match Ellie or Tom to an arena, then allocate Willow, Bramble, Merlin and Poppy within their workload limits.
Example: 10:00 beginner group · Indoor school · Ellie · four rider places.
2. Welcome your riders
Review new riders and their declarations before approving their level. Use the daily register to see bookings and record attendance.
Example: Jamie is approved for Beginner. A first-time rider waits for a staff assessment.
3. Keep bookings clear
See confirmed bookings and review cancellation terms. Customers can preview the refund before cancelling their own booking.
Sample £35 lesson: cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a £35 refund; later cancellation retains 50%.
